What is Pragmatism?
People who are pragmatic focus on actions and solutions which are likely to be successful in the real world. They don't get entangled in idealistic theories which may not be feasible in reality.
This article focuses on the three principles of methodological inquiry for pragmatic inquiry. It also provides two examples of projects that focus on organizational processes within non-government organizations. It argues that the pragmatic approach is an effective research method to study the dynamic processes.
It's an approach to thinking
