Pragmatic Genuine Philosophy
Pragmatism is a philosophy that is based on the experience and context. It may not have an enlightened ethical framework or a set of fundamental principles. This can result in the absence of idealistic goals or transformational changes.
Unlike deflationary theories of truth and pragmatic theories of truth do not deny the idea that statements relate to current events. They simply explain the role that truth plays in our daily tasks.
Definition
Pragmatic is a term that is used to describe people or things that are practical, logical and sensible. It is frequently used to contrast with idealistic, which refers to an idea or person that is based on ideals or principles of high quality. A person who is pragmatic looks at the actual world conditions and circumstances when making decisions, and is focused on what is realistically achieved as opposed to trying to achieve the best theoretical course of action.
Pragmatism is a new philosophical movement that emphasizes the importance of practical consequences in the determination of meaning, truth, or value. It is a third alternative to the dominant analytic and continental traditions of philosophy. It was founded by Charles Sanders Peirce, William James, and Josiah Royce, pragmatism developed into two competing streams of thought, one inclining towards relativism, the other towards realism.
One of the major issues in pragmatism concerns the nature of truth. While many pragmatists agree truth is an important concept, they are not sure what it means and how it functions in practice. One approach, heavily influenced by Peirce & James, concentrates on how people resolve issues and

This neopragmatic interpretation of truth has two flaws. It firstly, it flings with relativism. Truth is a concept that has so many layers of rich and long tradition that it's unlikely that its meaning can be reduced to mundane uses as pragmatists do. The second flaw is that pragmatism appears to be a way of thinking that rejects the existence of truth, at least in its metaphysical sense. This is reflected in the fact that pragmatists, such as Brandom (who has an obligation to Peirce and James) are mostly silent on questions of metaphysics, while Dewey's extensive writings have just one reference to the issue of truth.
Purpose
Pragmatism seeks to offer an alternative to the continental and analytic philosophical traditions. Charles Sanders Peirce, William James and their Harvard colleague Josiah Royce (1860-1916) were the first to initiate its first generation. The classical pragmatists were focused on the theory of inquiry about meaning, meaning and the nature of truth. Their influence grew to numerous influential American thinkers, such as John Dewey (1860-1952), who applied their ideas to education and social improvement in various dimensions. In recent times an emerging generation has given pragmatism an expanded forum for discussion. The neopragmatists have a different perception of what is required for an idea to be real. The classical pragmatists focused on a concept called 'truth-functionality,' which states that an idea is genuinely true if it is useful in practice. The neo-pragmatists instead focus on the idea of 'ideal warranted assertibility which states that an idea is true if a claim about it can be justified in a certain way to a specific group of people.

Nevertheless, pragmatism has continued to evolve, and the a posteriori epistemology that it developed is still regarded as an important departure from more traditional approaches. The pragmatic theory has been criticized for centuries but in recent times it has received more attention. This includes the notion that pragmatism simply implodes when applied to moral issues and its assertion that "what is effective" is nothing more than relativism with an unpolished appearance.
Methods
For Peirce the pragmatic explanation of truth was a key part of his epistemological approach. He viewed it as a method to undermine metaphysical concepts that were false like the Catholic understanding of transubstantiation, Cartesian epistemology that relies on certainty-seeking strategies and

The Pragmatic Maxim, according to many modern pragmatists, is the most accurate thing you can hope for from a theory about truth. This involves explaining the way in which a concept is utilized in practice and identifying the requirements to be met in order to accept the concept as true.
It is important to note that this approach could be viewed as a type of relativism, and indeed is often criticized for doing so. However, it is more moderate than the deflationist alternatives, and thus is a great method of overcoming some of the problems with relativist theories of truth.
